Godlin (Ekwi) Hot Springs

The dissolved mineral content of Godlin (Ekwi) Hot Springs is thought to be the greatest of any hot spring in Canada. This location is on the south bank of the Godlin River, slightly upstream from its confluence with the Ekwi River.
Local hunters and Indigenous groups are familiar with the isolated and difficult-to-access Springs. Paddlers on the Ekwi River come here to rest.
It has a temperature of 46 degrees Celsius and flows directly into the river from the riverbank’s base. When the river level is high, it is usually inaccessible or even inundated.
Two more springs emerge from the riverbank, both smaller and cooler than the mainspring.
